IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL AND MAINTENANCE NOTICE

International Tanning Technologies has decided to conduct a voluntary recall of the piston bolts in all Sunsource lay down tanning beds produced prior to February 1, 2007.

International Tanning Technologies has determined that some piston bolts in Sunsource tanning beds sold prior to February 1, 2007 may be susceptible to failure if not maintained properly.  If the piston bolt breaks the canopy will dislodge and increase the possibility of injury to the hands, arms or wrist of employees or tanning clients.

What should you do?

If you have not replaced your piston bolts with Sunsource certified bolts since February 1, 2007, please contact International Tanning Technologies at 800-832-8267 or email us at recall@sunsourceusa.com. New piston bolts will be sent to you free of charge.
